Paul and I had the opportunity to take Julia to the zoo earlier this month. We were able to enjoy the wonderful weather and the 'Love Bugs' that were on display. I've never been to the zoo during the winter and it was an amazing experience! The animals were quite active and the zoo wasn't busy at all!
Paul and Julia really enjoyed looking at and learning about the bugs that the zoo highlighted that weekend. I, however, felt a little squeamish! Bugs are not normally my thing....but I have to admit that some of them were pretty cool!
My favourite part of the entire day was being able to watch Julia and how excited she was about every new animal...it made my entire day! I can't wait to take all of 'my kids' over the next couple of months.
