Anne Marie also share with us a few of her holidays traditions and we loved one of them so much that we are going to make it a part of our own traditions next year. Instead of using a conventional chocolate calendar to count down the number of days to Christmas, AM would wrap 24 holiday books. Each night, Julia would select a book to unwrap and they would read the book together. I believe the book that was saved for Christmas Eve was 'The Night Before Christmas.' What a great idea!!
AM and Julia also spoiled Maelyn with some Christmas gifts...

We had a great time visiting - we are so grateful that they are a part of our lives. We love them very much! The red thread connections....so amazing!

just found this ost when I was on your blog --did I miss it before -- we love to spoil Maelyn and we love to bake - so get used to it....
I can always live vicariously through someone else's adventure -- the good and the bad -- happy to be part of yours.
