Wishing all of our family and friends a very Merry Christmas and the best in 2010!!
Although Paul wasn't able to participate the entire day, I did manage to make the annual Christmas rounds. It was wonderful to stop by and chat with so many of our friends - and wonderful to catch up! By the time the evening rolled around, I picked up Paul and chauffeured him around Stouffville. He was able to yell Merry Christmas to our friends from the car, while I delivered some Christmas treats. :)
Maelyn was in our thoughts constantly today. We are so excited that next year we will be able to celebrate Christmas with her and to begin to create our own Christmas traditions - we can hardly wait!
Maelyn - we love you so very much and are thinking about you this Christmas. You are in our hearts always - sleep tight, little one.

And I esp. loved the Christmas call with news of a special gift --- thank you doesn\t seem enough, but Julia and I thank you both for making us a special part of Maelynn's life.
