Finally - some good news! Today we got the confirmation that the Ontario Ministry is officially working on our file! Friday afternoon someone dug it out of a big pile and started to review the stack of paperwork that was sent on our behalf. Right now, someone is deciding if we will be approved as parents. Weird!
So....it could be any day now! Our agency believes that we should get our LOA and therefore our referral by next Tuesday. It might be earlier than that, but I don't want to count on it! We will let all of you know as soon as we hear anything!

all these ups and downs -- you are both doing a great job of holding it together...good practice for the parenting game that awaits you on the other side of this waiting....
Wow that is good news finally. Hope all goes well and your child is known to you sooner rather than later! We have our fingers and toes crossed for good luck!
