The outside of the house is almost done....it has windows, doors, the brick is done...we are just waiting for some of the siding to be put up. The inside of the house is moving along as well....they just started putting up the drywall yesterday and the permanent stairs were finally installed.
We have started planning and purchasing materials to build my Dad's basement apartment. I cannot believe how many hours it takes to make decisions about cupboards, toilets, faucets, etc.....it's crazy! However, we are having fun planning the apartment so that it ends up looking exactly right for my Dad. We also hired a contractor to help my Dad and Paul build the basement.
We get the house in two and a half months....it is going by so quickly! :)
My new tub....can't wait!!
